Kelly is an all-round naturalist who works as a Senior Reserves Ecologist at the RSPB. She previously worked for the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust, and Butterfly Conservation.

Kelly is passionate about nature conservation and enjoys travel, and she has combined these interests volunteering on conservation projects across Europe, Australia, South Africa, and Costa Rica. Kelly joined the team in 2018 and has led Wildlife Travel holidays to Morocco and Sussex.
