Chris is a professional ecologist, specialising in entomology, and has worked in UK invertebrate conservation for the past eleven years. In this time, he has carried out surveys and research for many major conservation bodies, taught courses on invertebrate identification and been involved in numerous public engagement events.

He is a passionate all-round naturalist with a wide knowledge of many groups of wildlife, particularly invertebrates, plants, birds, reptiles and amphibians.

Chris is an experienced traveller, having visited over thirty countries across Europe, Asia, Africa and Central America, mostly in the pursuit of wildlife. In his spare time, he is also a keen photographer.

Chris joined the team in 2020 and has led Wildlife Travel holidays to Morocco and the Fen Edge.
